Re: the W key

There is usually a scisor hinge or rubber column spring.if this is undamaged you should just be able to push the key back on, however there are usually tiny pegs which clip into the key which tend to break off, if these are broken you may be able to order a replacement from the manufacturer, you can order a replacement keyboard (complete) either from the manufacturer or from a spares company

Re: the W key

Yes, that plastic mechanism actually creates the problem. If your key is working properly then you can use this video tutorial to fix it back in place, but if the key itself is broken then you can also buy a replacement keys. Its really not a big deal. You can buy new replacement laptop keys at , for $4.99. Check it out. Helped me fix my "R" key last month.

Left shift + T, right shift + E doesn't work on an hiper keyboard

Your shift key is broken, if this product was recently purchased, return it for another. If you've had it for a while and it just decided to stop working, your best bet would be to pry the Left Shift key off and clean around that area and properly attach the key back on - its possible it wasn't hitting the sensor when it was pushed down.

If this does not fix your problem please leave a comment and I will assist you further.

Keyboard problem on brandnew laptop

Several reasons: 1. because of spilled liquid on this keyboard area, 2. because of heavy and/or hard thing fell on this keyboard area
3. because the laptop fell from the high height on the left side.
4. because you bought it already damaged
5. hardly probably software malfunction
For the first case you might need to disassemble the keyboard and clean all the metallic surfaces of these buttons. It's not so easy to disassemble it in right way. Second-third case - you'll need to purchase a new keyboard for it and replace with the damaged. Fourth case - claim your seller to change your laptop with the new one or get your money back. Good luck
