Question about Toro Lawn Mower With Toro Power Tools
My toro personal pace SR4 model 20056 has been in and out of the dealership three times in the past 2 years for the exact same promblem. I have the same dealership (where I purchased the mower) service the mower prior to every season. The mower is only 4 years old.
The problem is that when I can get it started it might run OK for a while but it will then start to run sluggish. Sometimes when i try to engage the blade it will actually stall out and then I will have an even harder time getting it started again. While trying to restart the mower I often have to use the primer more to keep it from stalling. I'm really getting tired of the same problem year after year. If you have any suggestions I would be greatful. I do really love this mower, but enough is enough.
During the Winter, the fuel was completely drained.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

SOURCE: When engaging the deck mower
have you removed the sediment bowl located on the bottom of the carburetor and looked to see if there is a lot of dirt and gunk in the bowl, then while this bowl is off there will be a float (metal or plastic) make sure theres a good supply of gas running out of here where the bowl would normally be,if not, then it could be a plugged needle seat or port in your carb and will need to be cleaned
