Hi,

A computer with Vista or Windows prof. and an firewire input on the computer will activate Windows mediaplayer and this program can render it and burn to an DVD writer

How can I edit my video disc

I don't know if your camcorder have features to edit videos in camcorder itself, while some camcorders can. If it dosen't, you need to edit DVD videos on computer with an editor such as ArcSoft ShowBiz. And you need to check your DVD disc style at first. Some discs support rewriting so you can shoot a video, edit it, delete it, shoot a new one all on one disc. Some don't, once you finalize it, nothing can be modifyed. For those rewritable discs, ShowBiz is really a good choice, which enables you to edit disc frames, customize buttons, layers, etc. It even support blu-ray discs editing and burning.

I NEED TO FINALIZE DISK BUT MY DAUGHTER'S PET RABBIT CHEWED THRU THE POWER CORD, I HAVE 2 FULLY CHARGED BATTERIES FOR THE CAMERA BUT I DON'T THINK I CAN DO IT WITHOUT THE POWER CORD, SOMEONE HELP.

You´re just right: Finallizing is a delicate procedure because you never know exactly how long it takes. If there is any interruption, the whole data is lost forever. That´s why finalizing should always be done with the AC-plug. Get it repaired and put this rabbit to court (smile).

Hi, I want to burn some of my video clips onto DVD using my MAC computer but don't know how. I have no imovie or any video software as yet. PLEASE HELP!! Many thanks, Abbi

usually macs will come with some sort of video editing software.
here are a list of free video editing software
Avidemux
ZS4 Video Editor
HyperEngine-AV
Simple Video Splicer
if you want to put the video directly on the dvd all you need to do is open your DVD/RW and drag it in with a blank dvd

I have a sharp camcorder model vl-e785u and I am needing to know if there is somehow to download my tapes to a computer to burn to a cd.

I don't know about downloading to a computer, but you can buy a VCR/DVD recorder for about $140, put the VHS-C cartridge in the adapter and transfer to a DVD, or plug your Camcorder into a DVD recorder (about $119) and copy. It couldn't hurt to check out some of the transfer services that could do a little editing and copying for a modest fee.

Video tranfer

heres what your going to do:

1. install the driver came with your camcorder(if you have the installer cd) or download it from thier website or thier support.

2. plug the usb or the cord came with your camcorder to your computer. it should be recognizing by your computer. now your ready to transfer it.

3. your computer should have a movie maker such as Ulead movie maker, Nero movie maker, Windows movie maker, etc.. installed on your computer. this applications will use as your transfer your videos.

4. after you detailed your video save it with any video types that you like such as avi, divx, dvd, vcd, etc...

5. now burn your videos with nero burning software and presto its on the disc now.

Tranfer mini cd to a normal cd?

put the CD back in the casmcorder, and hook up the camcorder to your tv. put a blank disc in your dvd player and play the small disc through the camcorder on the tv. while the camcorder is playing the recorded stuff, press record on the dvd player and it should burn the stuff onto the blank cd.
