This will be a generic METRIC screw, take it to a fastener supplier and show them the hole, they can try out fit of a few METRIC screws to find the right size. Buy the screw/bolt that fits and hacksaw the head off it to make a set screw.

I had the same problem, cannot find spares. I went to a local tool hire company and purchased two brushes (Part No. L41F10). You will need to shorten them by approx.1/4"", swap the springs and cut down the metal terminal to same shape as the original. A small 1/2 round file, junior hacksaw and about 15 minutes should get you going.
I am looking for a trigger (on/off) switch to suit my sander, if anyone can help I would appreciate it. Only other option seems to fit an inline switch to supply cable.
