OH MY GOSH!help! my games got deleted off my ar! i put in pokemon platinum...[yes its avalible on there. Hey this is because your game does not no this new game. Go to www.codejunkies.com and look up the games name there. It will give you the games code at the top of the page ( they usually begin with CPUE). so then you put the code in your ar and when you put in the game next the name will pop up. You can also get cheats from that WEBSITE

k you know how its on the list of games what you need to do:
1:put your game in
2:if you look in the bottom left corner its got a code copy it
3:look for your game in the list
4:put the indicator on it but dont select it
5:instead of selecting it hit the pencil sighn on the touch screen
6:then it should show up like how you input ar codes . since its already got the name in it press next
7:erase the code thats already set in and change it to the one you copied down then svae changes and your done

the ID is diff, When you turn on AR put in the cart when it tells you, take note of the letters and numbers below the "unknown game" bit. put ar back in. click the green and white button, select the game from your list and click EDIT. if the name ios already in click next, then put in the letters and numbers from before, click next. Done. it should recoongize th game now. if it doesnt contact datel :D

To Answer your problem action replays don't come with ever game in its date base so you can manually put codes in. im assuming it came with a cd so you can update it and put new codes in the unknown message usual means it has no codes for that game hope this helps

That's Easy. There's A master code you have to enter for the Game in your Action Replay. Go to Pokemon Platinum on The Games List of Your Action Replay. Then Click the Edit Button, But DO NOT change the Name. Just Click Next. Next It will Ask You to Enter New Game Id. Enter This Code: CPUE-3811DEF6 Then Click Next. Now you Should be Able to use your Action Replay for Pokemon Platinum. Enjoy.
