SOURCE: fan not blowing

Even when the power is off at the unit outside the thermostat will supply power to the contactor of the outside unit. This may give a hum or buzz as you stated. If when the power is on to the outside unit the fan tries to start but only hums the motor may be bad. Does the compressor start and run?

SOURCE: freez up at the tube going to the fan blower unit

it is either low on freon or the airflow is blocked. check your filter first. then see if the coil is dirty. saying it needs a new coil because it is freezing is an expensive guess unless he did a freon leak test.

Unit is over heating and setting the internal limit switch. Capacitor an/or outdoor fan could be failing.

I have a Weather King Central Air unit. Model 10AJA3601. Capacitor is new, Contactor is working, The fan does not come on. Unit clicks then nothing.

Are you an HVAC engineer? If not you are at a disadvantage. If you have a multimeter, you can disconnect the motor and test it with the meter, or check the voltage on it and test it on direct mains current. So that tests if the motor works. The clicking is relays involved in the management system and start up sequence they all need checking. Also check that the contactor is actually putting out voltage? Hearing a contactor work, only signifies that the solenoid is working, and doesn't tell you if the contacts are burned away and not passing current.

One thing I have found to work is to disconnect the system at the breaker overnight which does a full reset of all the electronics.

Weather King A/C comes on outside but no air blowing through the vents inside

So, blower motor issue? Turn tstat fan to on. Possibly has a capacitor that is bad, motor could be bad, relay could be bad, sequencer or board. You need a voltage meter.

I have a Weather king Model Number 10AJB30A01, serial # 6933T360407047. What tonnage is this. I would like to fit it to an existing airhandler that I have.

In some unit you can find it from the model number. Only 10 or 30 is what I can see from your model. Read the brochure of your unit to confirm the correct ton of your a/c unit.

Weather king model 13pja36a01 Heat pump The outside fan runs slowly, compressor starts then immediately stops. I replaced the run capacitor, I believe this might be the fan motor going bad but I...

If you have replaced the run capacitor and the fan still is running slow you definitley need to replace the motor no doubt. you can go online to Grainger.com or find one by your house. Your compressor is going off immediately because high pressure thats a good thing. Get a new fan and a new capacitor and you should be good.

Weather King Air conditioner

The inside part is the bit that gets cold, which is where the condensation forms (if using it to cool). there should be a drain. Unfortunately Weather King do not appear to support their products online except to dealers. If you can open the unit up enough to where you can see the space below the coils on the inside part (usually just behind where the air comes out, but not always), you should be able to see the drain - if you can then follow where it goes, then let us know what you have if you can't figure out how to unblock it. If you can post back a couple of photos of the unit and installation I might have a better idea of what to tell you to check. Unplug anything from the power before you start opening things up. If you need help finding your local dealer, please ask and I will look. Hope this helps :)
