Epsonstylus DX4800 taking paper in at an angle and messing up
I would really appreciate some help. My Epsonstylus DX4800 is constantly taking the blank paper in wonky and so every time I print something the writing is always at an annoying and unusable angle. I haven't been able to figure out what I can do to remedy this or whether it means the printer needs repairing.

Either you have some foreign object inside the printer which prevents the paper from feeding straight ahead(Try to inspect closely and remove the foreign objects if any), or else you have a broken part in the paper feed mechanism(which is very unusual for Epson but happens) and you have to take it to a repair.

Hello, it sounds to me like the registration clutch is faulty. The symptoms of faulty clutch are: "Z" or "S" folded paper in section before drum ( in right side way door ) and image goes out out of center or in very big angle.
Its hard to say without seeing the machine.
You can also try to clean the paper path rollers in right side way of copier, but I don't think that will help!
I can only give you the service manual, write me on firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do a lot of printing and have had your printer for a awhile more than likely you will need to replace the roller assembly (which is not as hard as you might think). Try making some adjustments and such first to see if you can get it to print properly without messing up the paper and printing some target pages. The best place to purchase a new roller assembly is through the manufacturer of your product because they should have exactly what you need. You can find what you need by typing in your make and the model number. Their website should also give you information about things to try first and also some good tips and suggestions about how to keep your machine running at optimal performance. The following link will take you to dell's official website . Let me know if you need further assistance.
If you do not mind please rate my help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
My printer is constantly getting jammed, spitting out blank sheets of paper in between every printed sheet, clicking and snapping, etc.
There are a few places to check for a jam - pull the paper drawer out and check there, take the toner cartridge out and you'll often find a sheet there that you cannot see from any other angle, open the little compartment at the back and check there and the usual paper sticking out of the output just enough to pull it out the rest of the way.
I'll be looking for a new printer this week though. I can't take the constant paper jams and sifting out the blank sheets when I'm printing 500+ statements a month.
Definitely NOT an office friendly machine!
