Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Pro System Console
Try re-setting the router there must be a button you have to hold in with a needle or something if there is hold for at least 30 - 45 seconds it should do the trick or go 2 YouTube and look about there it has great videos on how to do it ?

Unplug your modem and router for 30 secs, plug them in and wait about a min, then try it.
