lots of myths about good foods to help you sleep well but some of them actually
have a scientific reason.
Drinking a
cup of hot milk helps because it contains tryptophan which helps induce sleep. Other
foods high in tryptophan are bananas, eggs, honey and seeds.
Eating
carbohydrates also helps people feel sleepy. So a bowl of cereal or pasta
before bedtime is another solution.
