Question about Symantec Norton Antivirus 2009 1-User - Windows for PC
I changed my mother board & now my antivirus is neither getting registered nor its uptading.
Hi there. The first thing you should do, is completely remove Norton Antivirus from your system, using the Norton Removal Tool from Symantec.
You can download it from their website here:
You will need to write down your product key. If you follow the instructions on the above link, it will tell you where to find it.
Once you have removed Norton, restart your system and re-install Norton. This should solve the problem.
