Question about RCA OPAL M4001 MP3 Player
I have a promblem with the mp3 player i plug it in its ok but when i unplug it the thing says i need 4mg then shuts off and when i reset the thing it comes i have to reformat me and shuts its self off any suggestions
Trouble - this player is not MAC compatible - you will always get that error
everyone else -
The Opal has a reset hole on the back of the unit in which a toothpick (non metallic) can be inserted to reboot the player.
If this does not work, I suggest that you reformat the player by using the WindowsTM format command on the unit. To reformat the memory
