The stop watch hand (long thin silver) does not reset to 12 o'c;ock at the end of ech period. Its resting stop is at aproximately3 minutes past 12 (rather than 12 precisely)
That's easy. You need to calibrate it. In normal time mode, pull the crown out all the way and then use the pushers to step it back to the zero position. When finished, push the crown back in. You can also calibrate the sub-dails in a similar fashion.
Sector 500 - pull crown out all the way out (time set position), push the top button to reset the elapsed minutes dial, push crown in one click (date set position), top button resets 1/10 of a second dial, bottom button resets second hand.
This works fine on Diesel DZ4140. Pull the crown till the end, then press the chrono start/stop button and the chronograph moves one sec at a time. Set it to 12 o' clock and you're good to go.
Read users comment here, calibrated my Swatch. Thanks everyone. Thanks Fixya.
didn't know calibrate could be done on these watches, I thought the guy screwed it up who changed the cell battery :)
This worked perfectly. Thank you! I have been bothered by my Kenneth Cole watch with this problem.
Worked great on Bulova Marine Star, thanks for the help..

worked on my titanium 100
Had the same problem. The seconds hand stopped at 3 minutes before 12 position.(new watch) After pulling the crown to the far end you have to press both stoppers at the same time first. Then adjust the seconds hand with the upper stopper. It works. Thanks for the initial solution, which helped a lot.I strongly recommed Luminox to mentioned this. It's not described in the manual.
This worked great I had a citizen myiota os 20 movemet and an older fossil with the same problem. Thanks
when using the stop watch function on chrono pro, the second hand stops at 2 o'clock instead of 12. I've tried every reset option does this need $400 fix that victorinox suggests?
