Question about Audiovox PPC 4100 Pocket PC
I bought Audiovox PPC4100 from ebay with USB sync cable but when connected to my PC it doesn't recognize my device. My PC has ActiveSync 3.7.1 and runs Windows 2000 operating system. I tried on Win XP as well but no luck. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Any help is very much appreciated Thanks SrinivasR
First download activesync 4.5.0, then try again, try uninstall the device from the device manager and install it again.
