If you forgot your password, you'll have to restore it using itunes and reload your music. Its very unfortunate when a password is forgotten for ipods because a restore is your only option. Sorry for the bad news. Hope you don't have to loose music over it. Good luck

    I apologize but the only way to unlock an ipod is to restore it using itunes. if this has not resolved your issue id recommend that you call apple at 1-800-APL-CARE (1-800-275-2273)

    you can try resetting it by pressing both the menu and center buttons at the same time until you see an apple appear on the screen but with out the password you'll need a restore from a computer

The best way is to delete the password and set up a new one. To delete your password go to:
