PC will not power up

The small green power light on the rear of the computer is blinking. I plugged unit into another ac plug but nothing happened. Removed cover and unplugged cable from motherboard. Plugged unit in and the green power light stays on solid.

Did you take out the adapters, IE : modem,Nic , Video cards?
Did you unplug the drives, then try to power it up with just the motherboard and power supply?
Also, reseat the memory.

Try to reboot your computer with the disk that it came with.=D
