Question about RCA Lyra RD1021 MP3 Player
Check the Device Manager for any errors. With the mp3 player connected, Right click on My Computer, select Properties, then select Hardware Tab, the Device Manager button. Inside the Device Manager look for any RED or YELLOW errors, if there are any errors with the devices' name, right click on it and select un-install. Unplug the device from the computer, then reconnect. This will re-install the drivers ans should solve your problem. Best of Luck.
