What is the question? If your looking for drivers you have to go to the manufacturer website for the motherboard and search for the drivers you need based on what your Operating system will be.

For the Intel Pentium IV 3.06 GHz make sure what you will download it is an NVIDEA or INTEL chipset audio driver follow this link http://www.downloadaces.com/drivers/Sound-Card-11/ and choose the proper driver specification of your need. And if you don't know how to check waht kind of drivers you need follow this link http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/desktop/sb/CS-020642.htm#standards

The motherboard model is not mentioned in question.
Please try in the http://downloadcenter.intel.com/ for intel motherboards.
If not please tell me the model of the board (you can see on the motherboard) or
if you have motherboard cd came with the system, you will find the dispaly drivers in that CD.

NO. you cannot install DUO to *********** board. the DUO is pinless and the P4 3.06 is pin type if you want to upgrade your PC you have to replace the mother board too.

Asus support says the fastest CPU you can use in that MB is a P4 2.6 GHz or a Celeron 2.8 GHz.

For the P4 you need BIOS ver. 1011 and for the Celeron you need ver. 1013.004.
