Question about Pioneer VSX-D514 Receiver
I just purchased a Sharp Blu Ray Player that I run through a Pioneer Elite vsx-01TXH receiver and to my 52 in. Sharp HD TV. When I try to play a blu ray (or a regular dvd) I get the following error message: "Copy protected signal can not be outputted to the connected equipment".
I have tried three different sets of HDMI cables and connected the player directly to the TV (bypassing the Pioneer receiver) and get the same error message.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
Possible solution: You set up your remote to run your amp from the TV control, using the AQUOS Link. Even though your amp is out of the loop, it's still recognized by the TV. You might have to reset the TV back to default and run the AQUOS Link again.
