Question about Computers & Internet
I used to be able to upload my own videos, but now this is a total failure. The progress bar moves a bit then freezes. Many other users are having the same problem. Their pleas for help are all over the place. My OS is Windows XP Home edition. The videos vary from 46.6 to 127 mg but even the smallest one fails. FB help line are totally useless. They are a blooming waste of time. Do I need Java or Flash something or other and if so what version
I'm guessing this happens when you rty to upload video to your PC directly from the recording device?
The first step to take is to uninstall and reinstall the camera software. Restart your pc and then try again.
If that doesn't work, try using a different connection type (ie Firewire instead of USB)
Post your findings.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
