Need schematic diagram of the washing machine assembly

Need to remove the steel drum of LG WF-T1031-TP. Have already removed the big center screw but the drum is stuck! Is there anything else to turn clock or anti-clockwise? Please help. I need to fix one side of the metal wall bottom of the washing machine as it is rusted!! If it gives away, I know I do not have any choise than to dump the beautiful washing machine!! Do you have any schematic diagram of the washing machine assembly - only mechanical one, not the electric circuit diagram. Thanks & regards, Rajesh

A mechanical assembly diagram would have to be requested directly from LG.

SOURCE: Washing machine will not drain

The ball is part of the system. They float up when there is water in the washer and as it drains if go's down. It sounds to me you must have a blockage somewhere, if you know the pump is operating in the drain cycle. If your sure there is no blockage and the ump is working I would replace the pump. On electric pumps they may work but if the impeller is worn from something that got into the pump it will spin but not pump the water out. Hope this helps you.

Is there any other appliance plugged in the same power point, and does it work?
Otherwise, plug another appliance in it to test that the power point is actually working.
If it is not, possibly a fuse has blown or breaker switched off in your meter box outside.

Let me know

SOURCE: i cant get the filter out of my washing machine help please

DO NOT keep trying to force the filter, especially not with pliers! Mine wouldn't turn, and when I eventually got it out it was because a coin was stuck in there! Rattle it left and right many times to free the coin, and eventually it will come out, but if you force it, either the plastic filter will break or the coin. Guess which?!

Receiving LE error before first spin. had to drain

Check Pcappliance.com and give your model no. and ask for a hall sensor. Remove the back after unplugging the unit. Remove the bolt in the center holding the big round rotor on the spider shaft/ Pull the rotor off and you will seee the stator. At the bottom where the wires plug in is the hall sensor. Use a ten mm socket to remove all the screws from the stator and drop it.down easily un snap the old hall sensor and snap on the new one. plug the harness back into the sensor and re-assemble.

Our LG Tromm Washer is struggling to spin. Humming sound in the beginning and then displays LE on the panel. Heard it may be the Stator Sensor/Part. Any Advise please!!!

Definitely the Stator/Sensor/Hall switch. Go to http://www.mcminone.com and order part number 6501KW2002A (if your machine is model number WM2277HW). Remove rear panel, remove three retaining screws for sensor wires at left bottom of drum, remove drum outer retainer bolt in center, stator assembly is now exposed. Remove bolts holding stator assembly (I think there were six) and replace switch assembly by lightly prying tab locks off of stator. Press on new switch and reassemble...

LG washer wm1832c

I had the same error code along with the drum "freezing" up. The first unit that was delivered 2 years ago leaked water from the detergent compartment and they sent a second unit. I have only had this unit for 2 years and I am very disappointed in the LG product. LG was no help on the phone and I the only people that could service it were 45min away from were I live. I took the advice of a posting on this website that it could be a part called the sensor assembly (#6501KW2002A) and ordered it from an online electronics store (www.mcminone.com). To get to the sensor assembly, you first unplug and take off the back plate that has 4 small screws. Next, unscrew the big bolt in the middle and take off the hubcap looking part the bolt was securing. Next unclip the two sets of wires on the bottom of the circle you are looking at (the set of wires to the right are connected to the sensor assembly you want to replace). Next you will unscrew the 6 or so smaller bolts to take off the circular piece that the sensor assembly is snapped to. Take it off, unclip the old sensor assembly and clip on the new one – and reassemble. This worked perfectly for me and the part only cost $18 bucks plus shipping. When working, this product works well but I will not be purchasing any LG products in the future.
