Keys wont unlock or lock doors and the ignition doesn't turn. I have tried all 3 of my keys, one is the wireless key, which says doesn't recognize. The alarm went off the day before with car unlocked and key inside. Couldn't get it to stop by unlocking the doors or putting the key in the ignition.
Are your batteries dead in all keys?

try wiggleling the key too the tumblers may be getting worn in the ignition is this works then replace the ignition

I have a 2001 C240 with the same issue. I removed the positive battery cable from the battery and kept it off for 30 seconds then replaced it. Everything was reset and the key worked.
