Question about Televison & Video
Every time I insert a disc it takes ages to load and then says disc error, this happens with every dvd i try and play, even the ones I have watched on this machine already. I have only ahd the dvd player for 6 months and brought it new. Is there anything I can do??
That happens when the lens are dirty or defective.
You can try using a cleaner DVD to clean the lens, that may not work.
Being the unit only 6 months old this is probably a fault concerning the lens, rather than dirt and dust on the lens.
I think the best thing to do is contacting Pioneer at the number listed on the owner manual, since there is one year factory warranty cover on all Pioneer products.
