Doesn`t finish cycle

Hi,I hope you can help me with my fisher and paykel model no.GW712 au I have the problem of my machine goes through its normal cycle until it gets to the rince cycle then it stops. Once it has stopped for approx 5 mins it starts to beep with three lights flashing on the controle panel 1 green or in the wash cycle, 1 orange or in the rince cycle & 1 red or in the spin cycle. I have tryed swiching it off at the wall to reset it but this has not worked either. What do you guys think ?? is it saveable or do i shoot it now !!!
