Some body told me that may be The RAM or SMPA causing the problem But I changed the both but still the problem is going on. Pls Help me with this Problem.

CPU could be overheating. During the setup the CPU is going a mile a minute. I suggest dusting the PC with compressed air.... outside... I'm not calling this a solution, but i think it could be the problem. If cleaning the thing out works, you should probably replace the CPU fan soon. You can buy new ones from www.newegg.com thats where i shop..

Reset the CMOS setup after putting the battery. You have 768MB RAM. So check with the alternate memory module with different slots. If not helpful, check the RAM with another PC. Lastly get the BIOS updated or motherboard repaired from component level motherboard repairer. You may have damaged the motherboard by putting undue pressure while plugging the connectors.

  • Pentium 4 and above or equivalent
  • 256 MB RAM
  • Minimum Disk Space: 40 MB
  • Operating System Software: Microsoft Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP

Vista compatiable

intel doesnt list any vista drivers for that motherboard on there site so you might run into problems with the intergraded devices such as the ethernet, audio, chipset, & any intergraded video

You might be able to use the xp drivers but if theres problems it wouldnt be supported by intel

I NEED RAM

Hi zouganeli,

You can install one, two or three modules. Each memory module can hold a maximum capacity of 128 MB of standard SDRAM chips, or 256 MB of registered SDRAM chips so maximum memory capacity is 384 MB of standard SDRAM memory or 768 MB registered SDRAM memory.

Hope that helps

Take care,

Michael

COREL x4 running very slow & spooler problem

System Requirements:

Processor:
# Pentium III, 800MHz or AMD Athlon XP

Operating System:
# Windows XP with Service Pack 2 or later
# Windows Vista (32-bit or 64-bit editions)

Hard Disk:
# 430 MB

Memory:
# 512 MB RAM

Optical Drive:
# DVD-ROM

Other:
# 1,024 × 768 or better monitor resolution
# Mouse or tablet

Where these are the minimum specs I would recommend at least 1+gb memory and a good graphics card and a P4 or AMD processor running at 1.8ghz or better, and that would depend on how in depth you get into the program
