Good luck finding such a driver. This inexpensive webcam appeared as early as 2005 and a party looking for information then indicated the manufacturer's site was inaccessible. There was a reference made to a CD/DVD which probably came with the webcam. We are talking pre-Windows 10. And the site mentioning your specific web cam was in German and the guy was not even using Windows. I can't even find an image of the web cam, the manufacturer, or even the brand. You might see if Driver Booster, DriverCloud, or Snappy Driver Installer Origin might find a driver for it but I'd have a system restore point set before trying any. Whether or not ManyCam Driver V.7.4 on the Winsite webpage might work is anyone's guess but it is free and Windows 7 compatible. https://www.winsite.com/webcam/webcam+driver/?titlematchtype=3&authormatchtype=3&license=all&os=win7
i had the same issue with my webcam from logitech if i remember correctly, you'd need to update the drivers first. i would also try uninstalling yahoo and reinstalling it. i know that worked for me
