If you have a paperclip you an unbend it and stick it in the front of the CDrom drives faceplate. Their should be a small hole on it just below the tray. push it straight in and it should pop right open.

This will not harm or break it. sometimes they do that and its very annoying. I have a brandnew one that does it sometimes.

Where do I insert CD?

Good question. The images on the website are not good enough to determine where to put in a CD/DVD. The specifications from the site state that there is a DVD/CD drive, which is good because many new desktops don't come with a DVD/CD drive.

My recommendation is to right-click on the Windows Start button and open Windows Explorer. In Windows Explorer, click on the computer. You should now see your DVD/CD drive under the line Devices with Removable Storage. Right-click on the DVD RW drive and select "Eject" and the drive should open.

Good luck,

Paul

How do I insert CD in computer? It doesn"t seem to have an open slot.

If there is no "Open" button for the drive then normally they are opened by pushing on the DVD/CD tray itself momentarily. It only needs a short positive push and the drive tray should slide out.

My sony cd-rw crx320ee does not eject but it can read cds

When you say "not eject", I'm assuming you have tried ejecting from a physical button on the drive as well as selecting eject in Windows Explorer. If not, give it a try. If still a problem, note a small hole in the drive. Open a paper clip and gently place one end in the drive. The drive should open. Hope that helps.
