Question about SanDisk Sansa c140 MP3 Player
The picture of the lock appears when you have the keypad-lock switched on (which is used to prevent accidentally pressed keys from interrupting your listening enjoyment). There's a slider at the bottom of the unit, and if it's showing orange, the unit is locked. Slide it back and you should be good to go.
