Question about Computers & Internet
Go to control panel, system, device manager, go to dvd/cd rom drives, double click it,
when your dvd/cd drive appears under it, right click this drive, click uninstall,
now reboot the system, system should scan for hardware changes, if not
Back to device manager, on the menu at the top is "Action" click it,
Scan for hardware changes is there, click this to scan, hopefully should be good now.
If not we need to remove upper and lower filters.
Let me know how you get on thanks

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
