Thats mostlikely one of the wire's for your speakers, printer or any other device yuo have that needs power..
If so that wont help your pc in any way.

I'd untangle and trace the wire back to see where it's coming from to be safe.
Also if your pc is plugged in along with your monitor and you can turn both on and you still get an error, then you have a problem. I'd submit a new question detaling the error or beeps your getting.

When tv is unpluged and pluged back in it wont power on and no lights blinck

Sure the plug is getting power from wall outlet? If power is there you might want to check out the power supply board first for issues.

Need USB power cable for laptop cooling pad

I suspect you're probably looking for a micro USB B male plug for the cooling pad with a male micro USB A plug on the other end of the cable, which you would plug into a computer or AC/USB wall outlet adapter.

There are also cables which plug directly into the wall outlet and have the right male USB plug on the other end, but they tend to be harder to get and many times are more expensive.

Power pack light red

Hello, let's try a few things. First I would try to unplug the cables at all points. The wall, unit and power block in the middle. Reconnect and see if that helped.Be sure the unit is straight to the outlet and NOT to a surge protector or power supply or extension cord.
If not, I would try to plug the unit into another outlet somewhere. In a different room or something. Be sure the unit is straight to the outlet and NOT to a surge protector or power supply or extension cord. If that works, it's clearly the outlet in the original spot.
If none of these solutions help, if possible, see if you can borrow someone else's power supply and give it a try. If it works, then you know for sure that's all you need to replace. If it still doesn't work, you may have an internal power issue and will need a repair.
You can also find Microsoft's power supply trouble shooting guide here.
I hope this helps :D

A low humming noise

A low quality power supply pack (brick) to the wall outlet is most likely to be the cause of your problem.

Look for the power supply pinout and test it with a replacement power pack.

==
Plug the power pack onto the same power strip of the audio source (Example: your tuner) will also help rule out grounding problem.

Turn off any motor operated item (example: heater fan) to rule out noise from other appliance.

About 3 times a day the external battery pack for the computer beeps really fast. Then stops.

Most "desktop" computers do NOT have an exernal battery pack. If your does, that's OK.

The "beeps" probably occur when the AC power from the wall-outlet is interrupted (or is cut-off). The charge in the battery continues to supply power to your computer -- so, your computer does NOT crash.

Emachine wont start up

This is a DESKTOP machine, not a laptop. It has to be plugged into a wall outlet that has power, for the machine to run.

Hooking up speakers

On the back of your computer tower (that thing with the power button on the front) you should see three small headphone jack looking thingies, with colored bands around them. Your speaker cord plugs into the green one, if you have a microphone, it goes in the pink one.

Your speaker set should have a wall wart type power supply, plug that into any convenient outlet, and plug the other end into the proper jack on your speakers.

The volume knob on your speakers is also an on-off switch, turn it on.

Turning on i guess

It should work OK once you plug it back in. Note there are three places to check the power connection.
- The power pack has to be inserted firmly
- the cord that goes into the power pack
- the cord into the wall - be sure to check the wall outlet with a lamp or something to make sure it's not an overall power problem/breaker, etc.
