Question about SanDisk Sansa c200 MP3 Player
The lights on the side are turning on but the screen is black and whenever the screen does turn on it usually freezes
Try connecting the device to your computer without the battery. If the device shows up under My Computer, right click on it and select format. This will delete all the music on the device. If it does not show up, you will need to call SanDisk to have a firmware file sent out. SanDisk Technical Support 1-866-726-3475 Best of Luck.
