Question about Coleman Powermate DuraBuilt 1400 PSI Pressure Washer
I have a Troy Built 01902 2350psi 2.0gpm pressure washer. I have never used it but did let someone borrow it a couple of years back. It was brand new and since being returned has not been used and has been sitting in the garage. I decided to fire it up and actually use it and take advantage of it. Well when I tried to fill the gas tank I noticed that the gas just spills right out of where the air filter goes. No matter what position the choke is in it just leaks out until empty. I read somewhere it could be the float but I would like an expert opinion. If so I have not seen that part for purchase unless one has to disassemble the whole thing to get to it. If that is the case then I will drop it off for service but if this is something that I could fix it would be greatly appreciated. I know this is a consumer model but It should be fine for my needs and I do not want nor need a new unit if this can be restored to functional status.
