My frontloader washing machine J1045 keeps spilling water out the soap container or out the bottom of the door. I have cleaned the trap out at the bottom, drained the black hose at the bottom. Cleaned filters at the back of the machine where the water comes in but it still leaks alot of water. Do you have any other sugestions to try. Thanks Bec

SOURCE: i have a samsung J1043 7kg washing machine, apon

3E means the motor is running below or above the programming RPM's, this is a real problem. hold down the two left buttons while pressing the power button. this will present you with the testing system. Press the temp button and T1 will appear. press the start button on the machine will move through the phases in 3 second bursts. if your drum doesn;t move your motos shot. Good luck

SOURCE: washing machine is leaking from the bottom

Check under the front corner of the machine - I had the same problem with mine, which was damaged during delivery. Mine had a part broken on the water pump - where the emergency drain hose attaches to the water pump the little plastic connector had broken off.

Water leaking out of soap dispenser?

Disconnect first the mains, power plug off the wall. You could have a clog in your soap drawer; pull the dispenser drawer completely out. There is a tab that needs to be depressed to release the drawer to remove. Clean the soap drawer with an old tooth brush. The usual block could be old soap, softener, etc. (you could also be using too much soap powder). I usually use just above 125ml (my measure cup says ml, I use front loader powder for the 5.5kg load) The wash is very gud. This is the normal issue that will cause water to leak out of the dispenser housing.
Wash the dispenser drawer thoroughly with warm water. Make sure that you pull off the siphon covers and wash all siphon holes. This process is described in your owner's manual. Next could be one of hoses has become loose, should be re-fixed. Examine by removing top of the front loader; this will give you a gud view of the pipes. If helped, click.

What do I clean my washer with in between washloads to keep it clean and smelling good using cleaners around my home?

Clean out the detergent dispenser and the drain trap first

Then

Put a strong solution of washing soda into the machine before you set it away without a load and on a hot wash (Do not put detergent in)

Let the machine do a full cycle and then leave the door open to let it dry out

You may have to do this twice to get rid of the odour

Also try using old fashioned soap powders which contain bleach and soda.

There is a bacteria build up in your machine due to low temperature washing

Water spilling

If water is spilling from the soap tray, try closing the water supply taps a little. Your water pressure may be too strong for the machine...common issue for front load machines when being used on water lines that have not been properly regulated.

My whirlpool dishwasher soap dispenser is apparently not opening during cleaning. I find dirty dishes and clumps of soap in the hopper. Whirlpool quiet partner II

I bet your clumps of soap began with the beginning of the use of a different DW detergent powder.

Try this (trust me) Go buy a box of brand name Dishwasher powder (e.g. Electrosol or Cascade) Use it for two loads of dishes and report your results back here. OK?

Whirlpool Duet GWH9100LW1 Frontloader problem

Found the tip on another thread of this site. Remove the 3 star screws located below the access panel that's below the door and clean the trap/filter to the left of the pump. Don't do like me and try to empty as much water first or you'll have an inch of water in your laundry roon when you twist off the cap.

Bosch WFMC 3200 possible leak?

It is normal that there is water in the trap, which is your filter. You clean this not after every wash, it depends on your usage. I have my machine trap looked into once in 2 months; i use it once a week. Of course i clear all pockets of clothes before i put them in machine.

Condenser tumble dryer water problem

Took advice...isolated from electricity supply...removed left side panel (side with condenser tank), to access the pump. Cleaned it all out (masses of water and grey lint!) and put it all back together again. Bit fiddly getting the panel back on...no screws left over...result!

All working great now.

Simpler solution maybe...There is a 'trap door' that can be removed, which gives access to the area where the water and lint accumulate.

1) Isolate from electricity supply.
2) Take out the condenser unit at the bottom LHS front of the machine (routine maintenance).
3) Underneath of where the condenser unit usually lives..at the back...reach in and open the 'trap door'. This needs a flat head screwdriver and you must release the two plastic clips holding the trap door.
4) You can now access the area where the water and lint accumulate...which makes the 'float' give a false container full fault.
5) Clean out this water and gunk regularly (once a month)!

Hoping this will avoid taking the side panel off again...
