Question about Alps MD 5000 Thermal Printer
I have a Alps MD-5000 Printer. Everytime I go to print, the ribbon on the ink catridges keep breaking and I have tried, all colors, finishes etc. I tried turning the rollers on the head gently and they don't turn. Does this mean I need a new roller/head etc and where can I get this part if this is the problem. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks. Marc
Try the settings for thick paper .(for anything more than 80grammes)
