your model uses the Mitsubishi 915061010 Lamp assembly with housing which is available from under the Mitsubishi DLP Lamp category. The lamp comes with installation instructions and is a simple plug in , It includes the housing so you dont need to remove the old bulb from your housing to reuse since the new lamp already has the housing with it.

Price for XL-2400 sony replacement lamp with housing for KDF-E50A10 Grand Wega

You can get them from many places but you want to get the lamp with housing most places only sell the bare lamp annd then you have to install the new lamp into your housing being careful not to touch the lamp . You can get the Sony XL2400 lamp with housing from which is 159.00 and includes installation instructions which takes about 2 minutes and no special tools required when you get the lamp with housing as an assembly.

Projection lamp expired. how much is it to replace it?

you need the projector model number to find the proper projector lamp as not all projector lamps are made equal.

here are some sites you can find more information. just search based on your projector model.

Projector lamps range from price. Low $100s to $300s based on the projector brand and model you have.

How To change Sony XL-5100 Projector Lamp with housing

  • Installation is Quick and Easy:
In most cases, replacing your projection lamp is quick and easy. However, it is recommended that you consult your owner's manual for more detailed instructions:
  • Unplug your TV from your power outlet
  • Allow the lamp to cool for at least one (1) hour before replacing it
  • Remove the Lamp unit cover (Usually located at the rear of the television)
  • Unscrew the lamp housing unit
  • Remove the old lamp housing unit and discard
  • Screw in the new lamp housing unit
  • Place the cover back onto your TV unit Caution: Do NOT touch the bulb directly with your fingers.

How do I change the lamp in this tv? Do I need to buy just the lamp or lamp with housing?

If you have not changed a lamp before at all, I would suggest that you purchase the lamp plus housing. This will contain complete instructions on how to change the lamp and reset the counter. Keep the instruction sheet and the old housing and you should be able to replace just the lamp the next time.

    Chage lamp on Pt-43lc14-K

On the front, under the screen there is a large plastic cover. The far right side of the cover has the black decals "HDTV 1080i" and "VIVA bb3 sound" on it. There aren't any screws holding it on, just pressure snaps. Pull the sides of it off gently and the three or so foot long panel will come loose. You'll see a black plastic panel now with two doors, one in the middle and one on the left of the middle door. The one on the left has a white lamp warning label decal and a black screw holding it in place. Remove the screw and take off the door. Inside is the lamp housing. Some models have a a screw on the right side of the black plastic housing, holding it in place. Take out that screw and pull the housing directly out toward you. You now have the lamp housing. If you are replacing it with a new lamp and housing just push the new on into place and reassemble, you're all done. If you are replacing just the lamp, you have a little more disasembling to do. But its not hard. If you need further help, post a comment and I'll send pictures. Good Luck.

Where is the lamp housing unit & how do I remove it?

The lamp is in the front of the TV. Pop off the gray cover, about the width of the screen, located just left of the power button. You will then see a bunch of warning labels on the left. Unscrew the one screw that is there and take that piece off. There's your lamp. Unscrew the screw on the right of the lamp and the lamp will slide out.
