should apply to them all, and tells you what the LED blinks mean in the diagnostic LED Explanation table, in the section titled 'Serviceability Features of the System' under the expanded Technical Specifications heading.
Unfortunately you do not say whether the 'beeps' are audio/aubible beeps, or the pattern of the beeps.
I hope the table of LED blinks helps. It does not tell you what to do about the fault though ! (depends what it is)

No signal from the RCA output on ps3 but works fine through hdmi cable

Ok...little trick......ready????? Hook up your rca cord to tv....Make sure hdmi cord is not plugged in. Have your ps3 where its on standby (redlight). Push and hold your power button down for about 5-7 seconds....you should hear a beep or 2. let off button....wait a few seconds and you should be in business.....The ps3 automatically detects hdmi....but if you switch back to rca you have to reset it.....Let me know if this helps

Error code 80010514 prevents the console form reading and playing discs

Assuming the hardware isn't dead and its just a software problem you can try to restore it with these steps:

Start with having the system in standby (redlight is on)

Hold the power button down so the system will turn on and turn off once again.

Once that happens press and hold the power button again. It will beep once as it turns on and then it will beep twice. Take your finger off immediately after the double beep. If the system turns off accidentally or starts up normally try again.
You will be prompted to plug in your controller via USB and then hit the PlayStation Home button

Choose the Third option "Restore File System: Checks for corrupt/missing system files."

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT CHOOSE THE WRONG OPTION HERE OR YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR DATA.

After that your system should attempt to restore and/or reinstall any missing software that may be corrupting its function.

Freezes when makes a beep noise and when it turns on 3 redlights

What you want to do is turn it on, lay it flat on its side, wrap it in towels, put it in a cardboard box, and leave it on for about an hour. Turn it off, wait for it to cool down. LEAVE IT ALONE WHILE COOLING!!! unwrap it, and plug it in, it should play just fine. Other methods include removing motherboard, heating that, and then laying it flat to let cool. Both ways work, one voids the warranty, the other doesn't. Your pick! Any more questions just ask.

One Short beep and two long beep

The beeps you hear are BIOS Beep Codes. Sort of like a Morse code, if you know what that is. Every computer has it's own BIOS program, and version of that program. Each BIOS has it's own Beep Codes.

Taking a guess, as I don't know what BIOS program or version you have, it sounds like a ram memory issue.
Suggest you,

1.Unplug the computer

2.Open the computer case

3.TOUCH the metal frame of the open computer case, to relieve you body of Static electricity. Static will silently fry out your delicate computer hardware components. You won't see it or feel it.

4.Remove the ram stick/s. Reinstall the ram stick/s. (Stick/s means one ram stick, or two, three, or four ram sticks)

You may have just had a loose ram stick.
