I have a Pyle Marine CD radio - Model PLCD11MRKT (this was a bundle with 2 weatherproof speakers and slash guard case. The unit is about 18 months old. It has a detachable face. I put the boat in the water this week after dry winter storage. The detachable face was kept with me at home.
When I clicked the face on and pushed power, the display reads "On Tele Call". I have pushed the reset button behind the face. Have also tried disconnecting the power wires and restarting. Same message keeps coming up. Also, some of the buttons behave strange in this state. If you push the power button, the system displays and steps through the different equilizer settings.
I need a 6 to 8 ft cable (8prong) that fits into a plcd15mr. Wher can I buy one? Also where can I send my radio to be rapaired? I need a 6 to 8 ft cable (8prong) that fits into a plcd15mr. Wher can I buy one? Also where can I send my radio to be rapaired?

You can use either the high level (speaker) or the low-level (RCA's) inputs to the amp, but not both. Choose whichever one sounds the best or is more convenient to install and leave the other disconnected.
