Acer 5630 desktop, sometimes the icons at the left side of the monitor won't show up,then some of the gadgets at sidebar are irretrievable, when i open up my computer for internet connections there are so many pop up windows coming out that internet connections were already a futile attempt,i admit it that i am computer illiterate but somehow if i have a manual to understand some computer symbols it will not be doubly hard than pressing keys which would only complicate things which could have been easy to operate.

I will tell you a trade secret. IT techs take each problem systematically. First you need to isolate the problem. What i would do is remove video card , un plug hard drive, and cd rom. With your computer laying on its side and you grounded (make sure you touch something inside the frame work of the computer case) or using a wrist grounding strap. Now check these items by seeing if they are seated in proper. First the ram. apply gentle pressure on each end if you hear a click that particular ram slot did not have the ram card properly seated. (unseated ram can cause all kinds of problems) check all the ram slots make sure they are in secure.Check your cpu and see if a strap or arm has come loose. Visually check and also feel. Now check your connections to your motherboard from your power supply (psu) push down gently on the connectors. Also visually inspect to see if there is dust or maybe even a hot spot. ( Hot spots usually make the plastic casing turn a brownish color or faded color)Asuming that you have a hard wired VGA port on your mother board take the connector from your monitor and disconnect it. Now reconect it and make sure that the connection pug is flush and there is little movement. If you find alot of movement in your VGA plug you could have a break in the connectors to the motherboard.now that you checked all of your internal componets. Turn your computer on leave the side off your computer case but dont touch anything inside while its on. Watch the screen and listen for Bios beep codes. There will be a few error beeps because all your hardware is not hooked up.If your bios data comes up on the screen you have isolated the problem and fixed it. Try this and let me know.. I will be standing by.
