Question about Garmin Nuvi 360 Bilingual GPS Navigator and Personal Travel Assistant GPS Receiver
My wife accidently drop our Nuvi 360 on our living room floor, causing the the screen of the unit to crack slightly, ever since that moment the touch screen feature did not function. We can see the unit boot up and the screen has a minor crack in it, but we cannot type in our security code.
Unfortunatly there is a fine wire Grid below the surface of the glass, the grid detects where you are touching on the screen, with the glass being broken, the grid is broken, which will cause dead spots or regions on the touch screen. You will have to replace the Touch screen or the unit which ever is most cost effective.
Hope this is of some help.
