Can't find book for Ge electric roaster do not remember what temp to cook food on and I also have food that was burned on the sides and wont come off with soap what can i use to get this off tried a scratcher and soft scrubb did not work. Can i use oven cleaner on porcelin or will it ruin the finish.

There is a product called Power Dissolver by Dawn. It sprays on and wipes off and works great. I have gotten it at Wal-Mart, not available at all stores.
