The laptop should have a headphone output jack. You can get a cable that has the appropriate stereo plug on one end, and whatever plugs you need (probably RCA or 1/4-inch) on the other. Radio Shack sells such cables. If you are outside of the US you will probably find suitable cables locally or online.
Connection is very simple. Just run the cable from the computer's headphone jack to an input on the mixer. Adjust the laptop's volume and mixer level controls as needed.
