Question about iRiver H10 MP3 Player

Hey: i've recently reformatted my computer and when attempting to connect up the iriver h10 20g to it, i get the new hardware found bubble and then windows attempts to install the device, it goes through the setup and tells me that i need to restart my computer problem is that once it has finished installing it it will give me a second popup telling me a device has been connected and it will install it automatically, basically it appears windows is not actually installing the iriver rather it just repeatidly attempts to even when the computer is restarted it will continue to install the device.. please can anyone help me or direct me to wherei can download the drivers for the iriver h10 20gb any healp would be great

Try rebooting the little hole next to the lock with a pen or something similar mine works everytime

Iriver T30 is not recognized by my windows xp


It should only need a new driver installing. If the Iriver came with a disc of drivers you can use that or search on-line for a driver for it.
If you can't find one remove it completely from the system and then reinstall it.

OK, one day i turned on mu iriver and it's say's "system file missing to restore the system files connect to H10 to iriver and i dont know how to connect it.The other proplem when playing the music it's like a scratch CD i dont know how to fix it.
