Help me get my printer working.

Please visit the Lexmark website to download and install the Lexmark X1200 Printer Driver on your computer. Select your operating system > click on "FILTER" > click on the driver under Recommended Downloads > download and execute the file. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.

There u go, the 1200 and the 1250 use the same drivers.

Just select your OS nd download the drivers you need

Some of the lexarks require genuine cartridges and when they are replace you sometimes have to turn off the printer and then turn back on and if that does not work some of the Lexmarks have a computer help solution centre and you can look at ink levels on screen I have had a Lexmark 1200 and upgraded to the multi function Lexmarks

This problem occurs because your printer doesn't support Vista.

Cd for 1200 series means that it is the software for all lexmark that starts x12... Sure it works , Lexmark X1279 is a 1200 series.
