According to the NGK website, the 25cc engine from Ryobi requires a .020 gap. They did not, however, specifically mention your model.

The champion website suggests a .030 gap. Again, this was only shown under the cultivators section, and did not specifically mention your model.

SOURCE: Ryobi Tiller, model RY60511A, will not start. Air

mine was a total pain. I yanked on the rope so many times, it flew out of the keeper, and when I replaced it I ran it UNDER the fuel tank cutting a slot in tank. I also blew out the primer bulb. AFTER the replacement tank I arrived, I discovered rolling the machine forward helped the flow to carb and did not require priming. Now I need to fix throttle cable. But all in all, a tough little machine.

What gap should I have ona champion RCJ6Y spark plug for a RYOBI RCS4040CA chainsaw? (40CC).

you should be Googling this yourself, check the model number on the spark plug then google the spec or "spark gap".... that would've been quicker than asking this question.

What is the spark plug gap for the ryobi 320vbr blower

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly.
The spark Plug Gap is 0.030. Any original or aftermarket spark plug for this unit is pre-set to 0.030. Unless you dropped the replacement plug it should be fine. All Ryobi engines 2 and 4 cycle have a 0.030 spark plug gap.
Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

I have a Ryobi Cultivator, won't run. New spark plug - RZ7C. What is proper gap for plug?? thanks ront

The correct gap according to my RY64400 operators manual is .025 and the torque is 170-190 inch lbs. The spark plug is NGK CMR7A or Champion RZ7C.

Tiller is locked up.

Hallo,

There is also the point that the fuel which was left in the tank, has filled the cylinder up.

What you need to do, is to take the spark plug out, cover the hole is an old cloth, and then pull gently on the starter cord. If it is well and truly flooded this will get rid of most of the petrol, If this is what's happened, I'd leave it overnight, with its spark plug out, and then refill the tank with some fresh fuel [plus 2 stroke oil] and replace the spark plug and try again.

On the other hand, if the motor still won't turn with the spark plug out, you've got real problems, as it suggests that parts have seized up, and will need to be freed off before the motor will run.
