Replace The internal Lithium battery.
Unsolder the shield cover.
Install a new CR-2032 + side up.
Replace the shield holder and solder back in place (it becomes 1 of the leads). Good as new!
I would say the best bet it to call the Escalade Sports Customer Service number and see if they can help you get replacement parts. I am going to put a call in myself to get a new junction box (I have no power to the fans, but the scoreboard works) and some new strikers and a puck. I got my table from a friend who had been using it and then when I set it up it would not turn on...guess that explains why it was being stored in his garage when I picked it up!
