Front window switch came apart

that really sucks the clips that hold the pins on the wires are probably brocken if thats the case you can get a pig tai or even a new conector from the diealer or junk yard youl need the wireing scematics to replace the pins in the proper order most chevys have similar conectors with diferent wireing colors if you get it at the junk yard you can get the scematics for that rig and match them with yours hop this helped

Husqvarn lgt2654 wont pull

Make sure the drive belt is routed right. Go to click on
husqvarna and put in your model number and click on the drive scematic and it will show the routing of the belt.

Replacing alternator on 2001 sebring..cant locate belt tensioner

The tensioner will be one pulleys that can be rotated on its armature to remove tension to the belt.
Removal & Installation 2.4L Engine To Remove:
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable from remote negative terminal on shock tower.
  2. Remove the drive belt cover.
  3. Disconnect the wiring from the generator.
  4. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  5. Remove the accessory drive belt splash shield and then remove the belt.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
  7. Remove the MAP sensor from the intake manifold.
  8. Remove the generator mounting bolts and the generator from the engine.
To Install:
  1. Install the generator and tighten the bolts to 20 ft-lbs (28 Nm).
  2. Install MAP sensor.
  3. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  4. Install the accessory drive belt and splash shield.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Connect the wiring to the generator.
  7. Install the belt cover.
  8. Connect the negative battery cable.
2.7L Engine To Remove:
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable from the remote terminal.
  2. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  3. Remove the accessory drive belt splash shield.
  4. Loosen the accessory drive belt.
  5. Remove the generator lower mounting bolt.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
  7. Disconnect the wiring from the generator.
  8. Disconnect the electrical connector from the A/C pressure switch and clutch coil.
  9. Remove the engine oil dipstick.
  10. Remove the generator upper mounting bolts.
  11. Remove the generator.
To Install:
  1. Install the generator on the engine. Loosely install the upper bolts.
  2. Install the engine dipstick tube.
  3. Connect the A/C pressure switch and clutch coil electrical connectors.
  4. Connect the wiring to the generator.
  5. Raise and safely support the vehicle.
  6. Install the lower generator mounting bolt and tighten to 20 ft-lbs (28 Nm).
  7. Install the accessory drive belt and splash shield.
  8. Lower the vehicle.
  9. Tighten the upper mounting bolts to 20 ft-lbs (28 Nm).
  10. Connect the negative battery cable.

Is the belt slipping? If it's slipping you'll notice it, because it'll smoke pretty soon. If, as you watch it under varying load, it slows down with the blades then the belt is fine.

If it's not the belt then it's going to be the electric clutch that drives the belt. Get your voltmeter out and tap into the wires that go to the clutch, watch it as the mower runs. Anything under about 13V and the clutch may slip. If the voltage is good then the clutch is worn out. They don't cost too much, I'm pretty sure they're well under $100 still.

Make sure the wires that plug into the clutch are making a good connection. You want to check the voltage between the switch and clutch so that you're also checking the switch- if it's got a little crud in it, or a bad connection farther up the line, it can cause the clutch to slip, and you'll see this as the voltage dropping.

there should be a scematic located on compressor terminal cover. one wire will be for common designated c the other two are for start winding s and run winding r . Do not cross up wires to start winding and run winding as this will burn out compressor. follow scematic and all should be well.

Have a Greenfield Evolution 2000 mower , the forward drive clutch is slipping badly on hills is ok on the flat, what is required to fix this problem. Can the clutch pads be replaced or are complete clutch...

The Greenfield clutch (drive belt) is adjusted by spring pressure pulling a long rod that has serations on it. Either the belt has run out of adjustment (= new belt needed) or the adjuster has stuck. Lift up the seat and push the adjusting rod that has a big spring attached to see if you can move it towards the front. Look at the pulley beside the rod, if the belt has stretched too far, the pulley will be hard up against its slot. The pulley moves towards the front to tighten the belt. I just push with my leg to get another "click" out of the adjusting rod. New belts are cheap too.
