Question about Samsung HP-S4253 Television
I've got a 40 inch Samsung Plasma TV model # HP-S4253. I bought it Jan 07. When it's been on about an hour, a bluish/purplish color bleed thru appears along the bottom and right side. It only shows up on white areas or light colored areas (i.e. in text, faces, yard lines on football fields). I've heard that this is fairly common and can be fixed by an adjustment of some kind. Do you have any information that I can use. My TV is still in warrenty but there are no service centers near where I live. Thanks
I finally was able to get my TV to a service center and it is an adjustment that they have to make. My TV has been returned and is much better but still shows some blue. They are going to pick it up and try again next week. I'll let you know the final outcome. P.S. It was covered on my warrenty.

This set only has a 12 month parts and labor warranty so you need to call 1 800 samsung or the dealer you bought it from..the problem with adjusting the v_set and v_scan voltages is it may last for 6 months and then you would still need a new plasma panel..better to have a samsung authorized tech check it
