MY Mighty Dwarf isnt so Mighty anymore the light comes on but it wont play sd card or work in speaker mode. The red light stays on all the time in the on or off position

To upload your music insert the Micro SD card to the included Card-Reader with the copper touch facing up. Connect it you your computer's USB and you will have a new drive letter to upload your music.

have you tried to use another SD card? It may have shortcut.

I searched but could not locate an owners manual for this product apparently sold by QVS.

The speaker must be free to vibrate and may need to resound off the surface, try turning it upside down, hanging it, putting up against wall or flat object or even in an open container like bowl or plastic cup.

I have the same problem and I contacted the company online and I dont know how legit it is but they are going to send me a prepaid shipping stamp to send it to them . Then they are going to send it to their Q/A to check what it wrong with it and then fix it or send me a new one. If it works I will post on here again if its a scam then im only out a broken Mighty Dwarf .just dont give them any information they can use for identy theft or such in case its a scam

The product can be replaced by the manufacturer by going to the Mighty Dwarf website. If you purchased an authentic product from an authorized retailer then you are going to be well taken care of.
The best thing to do is open a support ticket on the Mighty Dwarf website and begin the process.
There is no user serviceable parts in the speaker. Opening the speaker will void the manufacturer warranty.

how do i get the music to play do i have to download anything to the speaker there is music on the sd card but wont play

sir try go to safe mode and then remove the sound device in hardware properties in your laptop then reboot after that, boot normal mode then you have new found hardware then install again your sound device.

I removed the SD Memory card & re-booted the Tom Tom now working again

From what I remember with my Mighty Max '90, if you remove the dash panel , the one with the cluster gauges, you will find a push button that resets the engine maintenance light. It's a thing that wont reset by itself and lights up at specified mileage that is reached by the odometer. Usually the mechanic that does the work indicated by the light will reset it when the work is done. The red light might indicate a serious problem, so before you ignore the possible problems it might indicate, eliminate the the serious ones before you reset. The trick is to get the dash panel off.
