Fan Oven blows Fuse over 175 Celcius -Baumatic BT2760SS

We have a Baumatic BT2760SS oven. The main fan oven works fine if the temperature is set to a maximum of 175 celcius. However when thermastat is put over 175 celcius the oven heats up and the once it goes over 175 Celcius the fuse (house fusebox) trips. Oven had a new circular heating element about a month ago because it had blown. I've found a wiring diagram but it's not much help

Fan assisted oven not heating to correct temp

Assuming the fan is working, then are a couple of possibilities.
1- the oven element is not working.
2-the themostat or regulator is not controlling the temperature properly.
If you put your hand in front of the blower fan, you should feel hot air blowing, if you can't, then it is probably the oven element that has failed.
This is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
Hope this helps.

Single oven BT2385SS - took 2 hours to get to temperature after blowing a RCD circuit in the fuse board. Fear that element has gone at 2 yrs and 3 months old.

I think your fear is correct, it sounds as if the heating element is going although you do not say if the fan is working.

Fan oven does not heat up. The fan works but oven doesn't reach temperature. It has been working fine

whilst the fan is running the heating element which is usually in parallel with it should heat.. This usually means a faulty element..

I have a baumatic bc3510ss double oven. everything works fine except the large oven. you can turn on the grill or oven but when you turn on the temperature the rcb blows on the fuse box.

Tthere are a couple of possibilities for your prob, the thermostat, or the oven element is faulty.
Disconnect the oven element, and try it again, if it does not trip, replace the element, if it still trips, replace the stat.
Please rate my solution.

My oven turns off on me after only a minute never heating up fully

Could be caused by either of following;

1. Faulty thermostat.
2. Faulty thermal cut out switch. (controls power to cooling fan).
3. Faulty cooling fan (not fan inside oven).

Test thermostat by setting thermostat to low temperature like 60 oC. If oven gets much hotter then its a faulty thermostat.
To test cooling fan and thermal switch take oven out and remove top or rear panels to expose components.
When oven gets hot the cooling fan should turn on. If it doesn't then check to see if there is a mains voltage present.
If mains current exist but fan is not turning then replace fan. If mains voltage is not present then its the thermal switch.
