We have a Baumatic BT2760SS oven. The main fan oven works fine if the temperature is set to a maximum of 175 celcius. However when thermastat is put over 175 celcius the oven heats up and the once it goes over 175 Celcius the fuse (house fusebox) trips.
Oven had a new circular heating element about a month ago because it had blown.
I've found a wiring diagram but it's not much help

- The elements are standard parts, if you remove the blown one and take it to a local electrical factors they will be able to sell you a suitable replacement
