I want to put email in documents

I would like to put an email that I received into my documents how can I do this?

There are several ways, depending to some extent on what email program or provider you're using.

  1. You can save the file to a folder you create in My Documents. To do this go to start>my documents>File>New>Folder and type a name for the folder like 'Saved email' or something.
  2. Then if you use Outlook or Outlook Express, you simply go to the message, select the title from the list so that it is highlighted, go to File and Save as, and then choose the folder you just created as the location in the address bar to save to, and type a name or use the default suggested file name to save the email. (You'll have the option to save it as html or txt, etc. A html file will have all the bells and whistles of the original message, but might not be compatible with all documents you wish to insert it into, and is sometimes saved in two parts. A text file will lose a lot of the formatting, but will keep the essentials. Save both if you wish and experiment.)
  3. If you're using an online email service, like gmail or hotmail, you can open the message and save the page to a folder, essentially downloading the file, or you can select the body of the message you wish to save, rt. click to copy it, then paste it into a new word document or wherever. Or you can rt click and save frame and save it to a folder of your choice. Depends on what browser you're using, I guess.
  4. Then if you saved it to a folder, when you want to insert it into your document you merely set the cursor at the position where you want it, choose insert picture or file or object or whatever if you're in word, and browse to the folder to choose the email.
  5. If you want to put in in some other kind of document, just go to the folder and open the email file, select all, copy, then go to your document and paste it in where you want it.

How do I print out an email I received on Google Gmail?


You can simply click the button on your keyboard PrintScreen or Prntscrn to take a screenshot of the email , then click Ctrl+V or click Paste to put it onto a word document or a text document of some sort. You can print it like a normal document from here.

There are wide-spread situations when a just received contract via fax internet service is supposed to be signed and faxed back. Or there's an electronic document needed to be printed on paper, hand-signed, then scanned and sent by fax. That process is time consuming and returns users to paperwork that they are trying so hard to avoid.

How to digitally sign a fax online


The first step is to create a digital image of a signature - there are multiple ways of doing that:

Option #1. Upload signature
1. Scan signature using a scanner device or take a photo using a smartphone or tablet.
2. Save the image file in one of the following formats: JPG, PNG, GIF and max file size of 8MB.
3. Upload the saved signature file to Popfax account.

Option #2. Draw signature
The draw feature allows user to draw his signature directly in the Popfax interface.

Option #3. Type signature
User can type his name and/or surname in one of 4 available fonts and use it as signature for documents and faxes signing.

Option #4. Upload signature by email
Upload signature by sending an email with an image attached to sign@popfax.com from the email address registered in the Popfax account. Subject and Body of the email can be empty.

How to send scanned documents abroad


Place your document in the scanner and choose a low resolution. Although scanners allow you to choose a high resolution, that feature is better suited for transferring photographs into your computer for editing. For documents, a resolution of 100 dpi (dots per inch) is a good choice.
Open your computer's Control Panel and select the "Scanners and Cameras" icon to open the scanner wizard. Follow the instructions to choose a location to save your scanned document. Create a new folder on your desktop, making it easy to locate the file later. Scan as many documents as needed to this folder.
Use your email account and create a new message, inserting your intended recipient's email address in the "Send to" field. You must type in the email address exactly.
Look at the top of your email window to find the "Insert" menu. When you click on it, a drop-down menu will appear, select the "Attach a File" option and choose the location of your document.
Highlight the desired document in the folder and double-click on it to attach it to your email message. Check to be sure the document attaches by looking for the file name in the "Attach" box above your text.
Repeat Steps 1 to 5 if you need to attach more documents. Send your email as usual.

I using a roller fax machine. today i had fax a documents that have 4 pages and i put together and let it run auto. i confirmed that i fax once only but the receiver received the first page more than 10...


By "roller fax" if you mean auto document feeder, so what's the problem? If you didn't see each of the 4 pages feed into the machine one at a time then what happened at the other end could be because something happened at your end. It's the reason we scan and email most critical documents today.

Try to stop the copier and restart it, maybe it's something stuck in memory
Click the button stanbay more than three seconds and you will have a shutdown button on the display. After shutdown, remove the power cord, leave it a few seconds and put it back on, start the copier button, let me know if the problem persists

1. You can save it "again" and notice where it is located.
