Do you know any one that know spanish so they could change back to english. or you could use a translator page on the internet to find the language page on the menu on tv. sorry dont know spanish.

It really depends on the television in question, but generally you just hit Menu on your remote, scroll down to language, and select English. Every TV is different though, so if this does not work for you, I will need the make and model of the TV to be more accurate.
You need to use the remote to go to the setup menu and set the language to English, or if you are in the USA set it to US English, which is different from English.
Press Wrench. Press the button with the picture of gears on it. Press Down arrow. Choose second menu item from the top. Press the middle of the 3 boxes on the right. Press up arrow to find American or British English.
